I love to cook and I'm quite good.
Please visit my   cooking page.
I look forward to the time when I can take classes.

On November 9, 1998 I had to have aortic valve replacement surgery.
Life has never been the same since. I use to jog 30 miles a week.
I’ve had to curtailed that. I still jog but not as intensely.
I try for fifteen miles a week max although I work out regularly
with weights. Since the primary operation I've had to have
three ablations to prevent the heart from going out of rhythm.

I've published a poem and short story and have also written
a few articles for the local newspaper.
Writing is a creative outlet,
to amuse and entertain. I chronicle the Amazing Adventures
of Chester; his loves, losses, his life. I hope to one day
compile the stories and publish "The Great Impassioned Novel."

I have three cats; Cosmos    , Inkling
and Tami's cat Target.
Cosmos is about 100 years old; I adopted him from a friend.
I've had Inkling from kittenhood; he's the smartest cat
in the whole world. If you'd care to read a short ditty
about Ink just click on the cat. Target is a tabby that Tami
has had about three years.

I've also written some relationship problem solver,
romantic, yucky, sicky sweet, mushy love letters that will
turn the stomach of any real man,
but will melt the heart of any broad.
Read'em guys; one day they may save your ass.

This "About Me" section wouldn't be complete with out
proudly exclaiming that I've been sober for a little better
than fourteen years (since 4-21-90). That's right, I'm an alcoholic.
Alcoholics Anonymous has played
a major part in my life. If you wish to know more
about the recovery A.A. approach to life, click on the symbol.
